Every St. Patrick's Day in Seattle kicks off with a unique mini-parade where they paint a green stripe down 4th Avenue - it's a quirky, fun way to mark the parade route. The day begins with a Mass for peace, and then the main parade rolls out from 4th Avenue and Jefferson, all the way to Westlake Park, wrapping up at Seattle Center.
